In the capital of Kyiv, you can still see the UVF social advertisement “No matter who you were in civilian life, we are here to support you.”
Perhaps this defender in the Kyiv subway looks at the banner and recalls her civilian life. She recalls her work and the moment when she decided to change everything.
Perhaps this decision came on February 24 or in 2014. And military affairs and defense of Ukraine is a dream job.
There are many people in the Ukrainian army who have left their civilian lives. They were project managers, pharmacists, trainers, students, etc. But their priorities changed when the enemy crossed the border of our state.
We are grateful to every Ukrainian for their bravery. We do everything so that the whole world knows about their deed.
