Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv to discuss the future of veterans care in Ukraine and solidify bonds of friendship between US and Ukrainian veterans.
The time to plan for veterans care and reintegration is before the soldier becomes a veteran in the first place. The Ministry recognizes the critical need to be proactive on these issues in order to meet this moment.
